چکیده
In this study, to reproduce natural chestnut genotypes, the fruit characteristics of Düzce region determined by local people are good in a healthy way, compatible with Marigoule (C. sativa × C. crenata) hybrid varieties resistant branch cancer and root rot was investigated. 24 different genotypes were used. As grafting method, most commonly used tongue grafting, split chip budding side method All procedures related carried out greenhouses University Faculty Forestry. that determined. result, native genotype, which showed best adaptation seedlings, 87.5% Yalnızçam, after that, 79.2% Ereğli Sefer genotype. The lowest fit Broken genotype 15% Akçakoca1genotype 17.5%. Besides, compatibility foreign Maraval, Marigoule, Betizac also had highest 95%, while Maraval 67.5%. successful methods applied graft (74.2%) followed (59.9%), splitting (51.4%), (29.7%).
